Architecture, Design, planning;
Anthony T. Chianese A.I.A. offers a full range of architectural and interior design services for diversified project types including residential, commercial/retail, religious, office/professional, and construction management and construction administration. Our experienced staff provides creative design solutions and special attention to specific requirements for small and large projects.
We are responsive to our clients concerns and their satisfaction is very important to us. We deliver this obligation by maintaining their interests from the start to occupancy of each project by maintaining control with respect to budget, schedules and preparing multiple design solutions.
Our design team focuses on designs that respond to the client’s organizational structure with space planning designs as well as selection of materials for floors walls and ceilings, lighting layouts, furniture and fixtures. Close communication with the client is important because the design should plan for future anticipated changes in family size; whether it is expected to remain unchanged or increase with additional members. We use computer-aided design as a tool to present visual pictures for the client’s review. This tool is used to prepare the conceptual design from the start to help clients visualize design options which was envisioned by the designer. In addition to visual models, physical models and renderings are also prepared to illustrate the design concept.
